- Volume Discounts: For services requiring more that 5 samples per submission volume discounts are available upon request.
- Fast Turn Around Service: Typical analysis can turn-around within 2 weeks. For expedited analysis (2-4 days) a surcharge of 100% will be applied.
- Contract Service: For long term analysis services a contract service rate is available. Please contact us for details.
- All orders are subjected to LabAlliance Sdn Bhd Services Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise requested all samples with be retained for 1 month. If requested samples can be returned at customer’s expense. All sample results will be maintained for 1 year. LabAlliance adheres to strict confidentiality on sample details and customer information.
